In my life and the life of the patients I have cared for, I have witnessed God's promise.  "Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers..." - 3 John 1:2 (NASB).  I can help coach you to achieve, maintain, and hold you accountable to live a healthy lifestyle.

Coaching with me will inspire you to define your vision and live out your dreams.  You will be challenged to dig deep to find buried dreams, discover new ones and then take the steps to achieve them.

In my practice I use the Word of God as the template for achieving success and bringing your mission/vision to life during the coaching process.  It also allows the Holy Spirit to guide us both (coach & client) to a more fulfilling and God honoring life, one that witnesses to His presence in our life.

As your Coach  your success becomes my success. With God's grace, the coaching you receive will produce your growth according to God’s will and timing.
